Roy started as an Account Executive at Clarion Advertising, Bangalore in 1992. After a year, he moved as Account Group Head, Chrysalis Communications Group, Trivandrum. Another year and he moved to Stark Communications as a Director. Over the years he has been actively involved in account supervision, brand building, strategy & planning, management and work culture.

Roy has had tremendous experience in attending International Trade Fairs including World Tourism Market (WTM), London and Internationale Tourismus Börse  (ITB), Berlin.
